Perhaps one of the most powerful and outspoken Advocate in Canada. Mr Bulley wanted the final chapter of his life to be about the children. A decade later there can be no compare to the impact Mr. Bulley has had at street level. He has not only saved children's lives he has clearly made a difference to thousands of children especially those with special needs.

Dale lost count of how many politicians who's political aspirations he has ended after the thirteenth although he will probably add another six to his list this next year. Dale has proven to be an unstoppable force with in the protection of children and the recovery of may police forces and children's ministries.
