Chinese Association Martial Arts

CA Martial Arts was founded in 2003 initially as a cultural performance group for the Chinese Association at UC Irvine. The newest extension at CAUCI, we alongside CADC (hip hop dance crew) and CADB (Dragonboat team) represent CA through creative outlets in venues all over the county. With a demo team of 20 members, CAMA has become one of the most anticipated performance groups at UC Irvine.

Our mission statement is to promote martial arts culture by showcasing it through traditional and contemporary forms, acrobatic tricks, and fast-paced stunts and fight choreography. We're a family that trains together while having fun in what we do. With a variety of skills, weapons, and a style all its own, CA Martial Arts provides action-packed demonstrations that have wowed crowds as young as kindergarteners in elementary schools to families come to cultural events.
