@IzaFaqat problem with what you stated there, they're in "INTERNATIONAL" waters, as in it doesnt belong to anyone its free to all to use. So in this case they are policing an area with "international" backing

Erm sorry to say this is NOT!!! the next xbox or next ps graphics, this is running on a supercomputer OnLive use to run MULTIPLE games and stream them to MULTIPLE places. Hence its one ridiculously powerful PC/server, not even pc's can pull this off
