The Research and Policy Institute of California ("RPIC") is a research-based, non-profit organization.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between the African American community and those resources which are essential to the economic, social and educational well being of that community.

We are building this bridge in three ways:
(1) by providing opportunities and training for our leaders of tomorrow,
(2) by increasing community awareness of and access to needed resources, and
(3) by producing research relevant to the public policy issues relating to the African American community in California.
