i've been to hundreds of shows in 30 years, people have always jumped on stage.

I have never seen the artist get whisked away like the president though. usually they keep on playing.

A perfect example of this was seeing Tom Morello wearing a sickle and hammer baseball hat and a capitalism sucks t-shirt while a giant banner said "free tibet" behind the drummer.

I have a very old copy of Morals and Dogma. I thinks Otto's interpretation of what Pike is alluding to on page 321 as it pertains to Lucifer misses the mark.That being said, Otto's storytelling and public speaking skills are excellent.

this song has it all, the keyboard intro, then the sax and bongos then the haunting vocal melody, and the guitar solo near the end. Bands used to put a lot of music into their songs back in the seventies.
