Are they just lusting secretly? Or do they gather and make fun of the 'tard?

I've played CC once, and enjoyed it. Certainly would pick up a copy if I ever see one cheap, but the subject isn't one I'm fond
enough of (especially with Ambush in my possession) to pay new-like prices.
It looks to me as if it has the kind of randomness you like. Of course it's card driven, but it looks better than some other card driven mechanics.
Also, your historical input on some of it, would be interesting.
Just make sure to drink first - otherwise the spinning will bug you.
