I had never really regarded empty space as important, until I saw this tutorial.

I like how this tutorial helped me create an intricate and pretty poster in a few matter of time!

There are many parts of the video I could identify with (i.e. subconsciously reading rules). The video brought me emphasis on text.

I never really paid attention to text before. This video actually gave me insight to significance of letters.

The Blending made the letters look so much 3D!

Today I learned about manipulating shapes of text. Envelope Distort was actually really exciting (it actually reminded me of the Hitchiker's guide title page).

I like how the 3D thing made products look real.

Through this video I thought that illustrator would be the best at creating simple but neat and clear illustrations.

The mesh tool really helped me through making objects realistic.

I found it cool how the arm could be easily bulged.

Pen is a magic tool that helps you easily draw anything!

I like how the swatch library makes it much simpler to cover things with patterns.

A folder of colours makes it easier for me to refer to the colours I used before.

The reflecting is little confusing compared to Photoshop, but I like how the guides help you do so correctly.

I love how my poster looks so simple and neat!

Illustrator is like magic. It manages things in a bam, unlike Photoshop.

I love how Illustrator allows us to change colours so easily!

I always wondered whether it was possible to change the 'shape' of the text. Now i can make poster titles that are interesting and not just flat!

making the stars really helps make the subject stand out. Since last tutorials I started to really pay attention to guides rather than making random curved bunch of pen points.

I really like how the 'guide' on the back tells us where to 'pull' the lines to make shapes we want.

pen tool really helps to draw out things without making many mistakes.

Differently-shaped brushes make our life so much easier because they're already shaped for us! :)

pattern and patch tool are some of the most awesome tools to correct 'mistakes'!

I like how there are LOTS of different ways to edit photos! This will be useful especially to change colours we don't like.
