The only different thing I eat now, carb-wise, is whole-wheat stuff instead of white processed stuff. I have whole wheat cereal in the morning, whole wheat crakers for snack (both morning and afternoon) and a couple of pieces of potato with my lunch. And for dinner I have a slice of whole wheat toast =D I got a new tumblr now, I'll add the link
