@smith45acp is right. Service lines (ie: power, water (except sprinklers), natural gas, etc) are all buried deeper than one would plant for a garden. I like the principle behind the disobedience, but he should have followed the proper steps.

So, just what are you saying here?? Are you saying the sign is illegal?? Are you saying that "Drug searches" are illegal?? Are "local tip lines" illegal?? Some clarity would be nice. We, the viewer have no idea what the sign is there for. There could be a police dog in the area, searching f...

I am curious, with all the information available here (now), how often this still occurs. A lot of people are now aware that you do not have to show ID, but should provide your name, unless you are: ..operating a vehicle, or ... part of an (I believe, criminal) investigation.

I agree with "drewd1987" totally (especially the "extremely" wording). As far as I am aware (not a US resident), when asked for your name, you are required to give it, even though you are not required to produce ID when walking (unless suspected of something criminal).

It is a step in the right direction, but does not go far enough. The way I read 'The Constitution Act' (in Canada), I interpret it as ALL provincial sales taxes are (or should be) illegal, as they are NOT a direct tax, and then fall only under Federal jurisdiction. (Section 92 of said Act)

I have been out of the martial arts for many years now (Shame on me). Mr Speakman still has one of the fastest sets of hands I have ever seen in martial arts. He also seems to show a great respect for the other arts out there as well. An awesome man, let alone martial artist or teacher.

I have to agree with the cops on this one....rewind and listen closely...it sounds to me like he says "this is not an admittion of guilt..." when you interrupt him to say you are not admitting guilt.

On their website, they also have one that is called "PhoneTray Free". This seems to work for me, and I am using a USB modem on Windows XP Home. The only thing I wish it had was an answering machine or mailbox included, so I could use it for both.
