what I noticed was the coaches tell you to toss the ball with your hand straight pointing at the net post but Andy here has his hand parallel to the baseline and then there is a swivel of the wrist to get the ball going forward along with the body leaning forward. This means your body is sideways...

the coaches say to toss the ball straight up towards the net post but if you look at it he is actually tossing parallel with the baseline and it is the forward movement of his body that makes the ball go forward.

I'd love to see the modern players play with wooden racquets. Not because I don't think they could, I know they could. I'd just like to see a game of great tennis, I'm a tennis fan not a ping pong fan. Today's game is just ping pong.
