I live in and am a native of Napa, California, right in the middle of the famous wine country of Napa Valley. Many people might assume that life must be smooth sailing if I'm living in an area that many people see as prestigious. That notion couldn't be further from reality. Though, life is gradually and steadily improving.

I've been struggling with agoraphobia for 9 years, and a year and a half ago, I got considerably worse. So much so I had to quit a really good job last year. I've undergone daily therapy and treatments and still am currently, to get the life back I once knew. In fact, I have now recovered enough that I am living a largely functional life and even working again. I have gone from being housebound last year, to now being able to travel by car 3 hours or more distance from home, although I still struggle with a few phobic environments that limit some of my activities. Fortunately, all my therapy is continuing to pay off. I've come a long ways, but still have a long ways to go. Here on YouTube, I am telling my story about how I lost my life to anxiety and how I am fighting the battle and reclaiming the life that's rightfully mine. I'm continuously adding more videos.

In my hobby life I'm an artist, photographer, videographer and nature enthusiast. I've also begun a series of documentaries about my hometown of Napa.

In my professional life, I have started a video production company called "Herbey Productions". Starting a business is something I've always wanted to do, but I never knew what kind of business I wanted to start. When the anxiety hit and I started making videos documenting my struggle and recovery from crippling anxiety, I rediscovered my long lost passion for filmmaking and realized that starting a business selling my videography services would be the perfect opportunity and challenge for me. I'm also selling my still photography on Etsy.com
