@ShinjiroX117 "officially alive". Seeing as how they are all fictional characters - none are alive. Also, a cartoon series made over a decade after the movie came out has no bearing on each other. Time to get a grip on something called reality.

Today's wrestling fan would complain that these guys are too big and too muscular, they would rather watch a pair of 210 lb guys with absolutely no personality "wrestle" a match as if it was "real".

Flash had a great rouges gallery, but they were too cartoonish and over the top. That is why they had to create Pike for the TV show. Mirror Master, Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang -- they just were too silly, there isn't a villan who could be taken seriously enough.

Sinestro - must underutilized super villan. Inconsistent too -- the Guardians said no GL can beat him alone and he is introduced by whipping on Superman, but then an inexperienced GL beats him easily. He should have been featured and utilized more.

its too bad DC wouldn't let them use the Golden Age versions -- Alan Scott for the original Green Lantern, Jay Garrick for the Flash, etc. But they did make a fun episode paying tribute to the Golden Age of comics

Why does kryponite glow in some scenes (to the point it lights up a room) and others its just green?

This was the best episode without a guest hero. It put more emphasis on Clark and showed a vulnerability for Superman that was based in reality and not on kryponite

I have not read the books - and though I understand that Saruman had a death that really couldn't fit into the movies, they needed to put a death scene in the movie for him (be it this scene or another one)

It's a shame that Ian McKellum did not play Albus Dumbledore as well. He would have given that character life and dominated the screen the way Alan Rickman did with Snape. He truly was brilliant playing Gandalf -- he was pivotal in keeping the story moving.
