Some people just have backs that round... I don't think it harms everyone as long as you try to keep the posterior chain tight.. I could be wrong though, I try my best to keep my back straight.

My back as been killing me for a while since I stopped doing dead lifts, and after I did squats. Hurt to walk, sit, sleep you name it. @Olylift I laugh at people who use lifting straps.. I figure if my grip cant support it, I shouldn't be lifting so heavy. The hands are a muscle group that needs to be strong just like your back, or shoulders.

@dharkilla41 Well its more his hips are moving faster then his shoulders. If you watch his shoulders are moving on a pivot. Hips and legs straighten up then his shoulders move.
