Hi I'm Alex. I've been doing parkour/freerunning since 2009. I'm afraid of heights and of falling. I see an obstacle and what I could do to get over it, but I also see all of the things that could go wrong in my attempts to accomplish my task at hand. Parkour is my way of getting past my fears.
