My first live show experience was 1976, Denver, CO, McNichals Arena. The Mothership connection Tour. Bootsy"s Rubber Band opened, Carlos Santana was the middle act ( absolulutely amazing) and then came the Mothership. I was 18 years old and I have not been to any concert that can top that one.
