Sometimes the press covers remarkable stories about abusive incidents in the workplace. Mostly they involve illegal harassment. Sometimes they are incidents of bullying. Most bullying stories also appear in our In the News Playlist.
HWB Legislative Campaign
The Healthy Workplace Campaign is a national grassroots network of volunteer State Coordinators across the U.S. The group has a single focus -- to enact the anti-bullying Healthy Workplace Bill based on the work of the Workplace Bullying Institute and authored by Suffolk Law Professor David Yamada. The Campaign began in 2002. First bill introduced in CA in 2003. To date 21 states have introduced at least one version of the HWB. The HWB website is healthyworkplacebill.org.
