while negotiations were going on send water and food then taser him with a stun gun...Before doing anything you knock out the LIVE from the bus as it had a tv which was giving away the position!!!!the elements is surprise its logic...1: 4 snipers covering 4 points of the bus 2: riot tuck chained doors and side doors and back window plastic explosive to blast the hinges of the doors 3: back a car at the back of the bus and build a platform for the swat ready defensive position. Sync timer, blast the hinges of the all doors , Pull the chained truck ,flag grenades , entry 3 points ... shoot to kill.. Snipers cannot shoot as they didnt have a clear view in the last hours
