What's up y'all I'm starting my journey *AGAIN*. I gonna get inshape!! I started 1-19-09. I'm currently 5'11 276 and I have 50+lbs of fat that I want to lose. My goal is to become healthier &amp;amp; start making the right choices for the rest of my life. I want to strenghten my heart for life &amp;amp; looking good will be an added bonus. I'm ready to do this NOW!!!! I hope that all of you will provide encouragement me as I destory the beast called obesity in my life. I also want to help others do the same, but I must first start with ME....
