did you have a 90-92 computer issue with speedo on dash is only a 6cyl dash, did you exchange dash , or custom gauges

ok, have seen foam build up, sand down, and make shapes, if so. After you have shape you like do you use Evercoat Slip coat and then opposite color primer over to get a sand down, finish. then coat with wax few times for custom mold?Would this work? Watched guy on Utube do a porsche build...
