Hey, okay after you explained what you were talking about with the "zzzzz's" that is a spell off the Lunar book. It causes you to sit down and put you in a sleeping mode or resting to heal yourself. It's actually fun to do and hilarious to do infront of others when they are new to memebers. But yea, thats a Lunar book spell.
