What keyboard do you use?

I use a Yamaha P80 mostly, had it for about 3 years. These are really good if you don't have a real piano but I miss my real grand piano would love a baby Steinway but don't have the room at the moment.

What are you fave songs to play live?

Gold, Your Song, Just the way you are, Moondance, Vida la Vida, Mary,,, Sacrifice is very popular as is Piano Man of course.

Do you write your own songs?

What languages do you speak?

I've been learning Russian at the moment. My wife is from the Baltic and all her family speak Russian!

Who are your favourite musicians?

Elton is really my big musical hero, John, Billy Joel (I have the same birthday as him - 9th May) ELO, The Beatles, Eagles, modern stuff like Muse, Tori Amos, Radohead Massive Attack, Keane, Scissor Sisters.

What do like/dislike about Youtube?

Silly, or negative comments pee me off a bit I never say my videos are perfect and trying to get them 100% is more hard work than people think...But also love passing on music to people over the world so we can share them;-)

What advice do you have for people learning the piano?

Practice practice.... It will pay off sooner or later. Try lots of different songs to find your style, finding a good teacher really helps.
