Hi. This homepage is for Nate and Grace. We are here to share videos of our training plus check out other vids of training. There are more of me (Nate) than Grace but we're getting more over time. She had to get comfortable with havings vids of herself up. By the way the channel name was meant as a joke that some people apparently dont get. "Buff and loco" Get it?
Nate has weight trained for 10 years and currently weight trains at the Fit Stop. He has trained combat arts for two years with a independent boxing instructor at Ritchie's Fitness, Muay Thai under a program with Scott Sullivan, and is a white belt under Gracie jiu-jitsu.
