I am a smoker, not tring hard enough to quit I admit, but I have never been one to breathe deep, even before I started smoking,
I collapsed a lung back in 2004 from screaming after 2 dogs trapped me on a porch,
I have had no problems since, but I would really love to know how to build up my lungs ..
I weigh between 100 & 120,, I go up and down ..I am 43 if that makes a difference..
and I would like to thank you for explaining How too..
in a simple way that doesn't make me think ..its over my head or too advanced for me to do...
