HEY BACK FROM EUROPE! yay it was amazing over there! saw so much but it wasn't much to what i know is there.
where i'm from there are no castles or anything and over there you can see at least one pretty much wherever you go! it was great! and amazing. i remember one tour guide saying "this is the old part of the cathedral it was built in the 1500s (he then walked about 50 meters to the new part and said) this is the new part of the cathedral it was build in the 1300s!"
(I'll take this opportunity to point out that Australia was only found by white society in 1788. and it has only been around about 230 years since then! not much! we have old aboriginal dwellings which are huts made of branches and stuff. which are awesome to see! but there's no castles or building history like there is elsewhere. so for me it was amazing to see so much!)
i'll make a video with some stuff i did over there if anyone wants to see it tell me otherwise i won't bother sifting through 1000's of photos and heaps more videos for 10 mins of fun!

Late one night I was inspired by 3 songs to do something for My Grandpa who had died earlier that day. As I couldn't sleep I picked up a nearby pen and paper and stated writing. Eventually I'd written this poem.

Reasons Why I Love You Grandpa

Dear Grandpa
I love you
And here are just a few reasons why I do
I love you because when I was young
You and Nana would make my world fun
You'd take Sami and I to the beach
And then you'd teach
You'd teach us to build sandcastles
You'd teach us to play in the surf
You even taught us not to fear the deep
Even though while out there you'd creep
Up on us and give us a fright
You'd still get up in the night
And comfort us when we had bad dreams
And play with us until it seems
Too late at night
Then you'd tuck us in and say ''Sleep tight!''
Then when the next day came
You'd play with us again and again
You never tired never wanted to stop
You even played tricks that ended with a ''Pop!''
In the holidays of December and January
You'd take us to the beach

You'd teach us to roller skate
