I'm From Statesboro Ga.I Got into music when I was like 14.It started out by watching people freestyle in the gym...It looked cool so I started trying to write music...Then I Started Studying it People would tell me that I had a nice flow so I just stuck with it. I saw that it was more of a passion then a hobby. My goal is not to make it in the rap game but to find my talent...When I find my talent then I could say I made it....
As far as having an influence I would say like Corey Smith,Eminem,Drake,Lacrea.Lupe Fiasco...Although I would not go as far as saying they all influence me.I would say I respect what they are doing...I respect their talent.Thats what I look at when I listen to music. Not so much as in what they talk about but more the skills they have...
Recently I been working on my project Entitled( Budmas A Closer Look) It's easy for me to get sucked in to A pocket when I write music, And talk about how good I think I am as a rapper. Not saying that those type songs are not good.Im just saying they don't mean anything. I Named My project A Closer Look As In taking a closer look at what I Need to say...91.9 The Buzz Interviewed Me On The Air A few months back...That was exciting. Shout out to DJ Viga...Basically I just been trying to promote myself...
I would like to see hip hop become more positve.Rap music is cool but a lot people don't listen to it because of the negativity...Like I told somebody the other day that I was a rapper. And they told me that I didn't seem like the type a guy that would make that kind of music...Like the way people view hip hop could stop people from even playing one of my songs. So I would like to see that Improve..
What's next. Only Time will tell. I hope that I can soon turn Budman in to a household name. But If not that would be ok. ..So I'm Excited about that.Im looking forward to being respected as an artist and having success.
