BUDAPEST BÁR

The story of Budapest Bar began in 2007, when the first album was released. The group started as a loose alliance of musicians and singers but soon became a real band performing on a regular basis. Gypsy temperament, excellent music and Hungarian urban traditions are the flavors of Budapest Bar. The nightlife from the first half of the 20th century meets the nightlife of present day Budapest as old chansons, film songs performed by exceptional young gypsy musicians and fantastic personalities of the Hungarian rock and underground scene. Budapest Bar is a meeting point of generations and cultures.
