Not to sound like a fanboy, but DC doesn't actually make there own movies. Marvel started there own production company for the properties that they own. DC is completely owned by Warner Brothers. So comparing the two is dumb, when it's not DC making the comic-book movies!

Jim's doing fine. He is not washed up. 2 of his recent movies both made around 100 million at the box office, plus Yes Man did resonably well considering the budget.
