My wife and I bought this swing for our daughter about a month ago and she absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I called Fisher Price customer service and they diagnosed the problem over the phone (the motor unit went) and immediately sent me a new one via UPS. Very please...

@satiffi- It seems like it's kind of loud, but it doesn't bother my daughter when she sleeps in it. In fact, it's in the bedroom with my wife and I and we don't have a problem with the clicking either. It definitely doesn't keep us up at night.
