I am a conservative Christian woman born in 1954. I never attended a protest in my life and I don't consider the Tea Party movement a protest. I consider it an alliance of like minded Americans who love their country, care about our troops, who believe in the Constitution, Founding Fathers, Liberty and the Republic for which it stands now and forever under God!
I co-own a Tea Room of all things :-) with my sister. Our mom and my husband help out a lot with the business too. I meet nice people who I find also want our country to be the land of the free and home of the brave again. I love tea! I also fancy myself as an artsy talented person. Talent in Art is a gift from God and he gives it without any political attachment. I love my family and friends dearly and give them my loyalty and heart. I love animals, flowers, swimming, eating and fun. I do not consider myself a drinker however a margarita now again I do enjoy. I love to travel, especially with my mother. She shares my love of tea and American history so you find that we gravitate to the east more than the west. We can't get enough of places like Charlottesville's Monticello, Savannah, DC, New York -- only to visit as we are anchored in MO. I knew this president when a candidate was bad news. His birds and views don't match mine in any way, shape or form.
