yeah I'm getting my own weights. I worked out at planet fitness for a while, but no free standing rack for basic, barbell squats? No thank you, I like all the little stabilizers to work to. so I don't get fucked up later.

So yeah, if I'm willing to volunteer so much time, when I'm a little more experience, your damn straight I want to be making SOME money from my passion, so I can stop folding pants all day. Get a degree, maybe engineering (something problem-solving oriented), then maybe rotate back to volunteer ...
