yes this is on a stratos....and no i never fixed it. Just havent had the time or money to do it. I graduate college in December, after that I will install the new fuel pump that I bought and rebuild carbs and hopefully that will do it.

@ajsuds17 It doesn't matter if the ball "touches" the ground. I could hit a football against the ground all I want but I still have possession. The ground would only matter if it touched before he caught it, so obviously this should have been a catch.
