Bryan Minus & the Disconnect is a Portland , Oregon based band formed in February of 2010. Lead singer Bryan Minus has a vocal quality often compared to Bowie and guitar sounds reminiscent of Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins. Bryan Minus's songs of love, obsession, culture and Armageddon have merged the genres of dark wave and psychedelic alternative rock. Bryan Minus's debut EP Forage was released in February, new members were added in time for the CD release show. A few months later the band recorded their first single "Lust".

Bryan Minus & the Disconnect's latest single "Lust" was recorded in April with Justin Phelps at Hawthorne Bridge Recording and is planned for release in July. The band has purchased their first touring van and they are preparing for a three week tour in June covering much of the western US.
