Hi. My ansonia strikes extremely fast. I don't know if the fly should be replaced. To my knowledge the fly is the only thing that regulates the speed the clock strikes at.

Thanks for the video. What effect does the suspension spring have on the beat? I have been trying to but my mantle clock in beat, without success. Then the suspension spring was replaced and that drastically improved the swing, but it is still not in beat. The clock stops after an hour or so....
