Second Half of my Youtube response: Perhaps you two could be the first in the bodybuilding genre to combine demonic paranormal activity and bodybuilding/fitness, eh? Not bad, not bad. Perhaps on camera Emma could suffer increasingly disruptive possessions by a deceased bodybuilding wannabe who murdered his family through blunt-force traumatic workout; or, maybe by a terribly misunderstood demon who simply wants to shed some pounds before the summer. LoL Anyhow, I do hope the two of you succeed with your new channel; you complement each other well between possessions, and before long, you'll surely "eliminate" your competition one way or another. LoL I'd love to hear from you whenever you read this! Send a response to my Youtube email account, if you wouldn't mind. I'm actually planning to launch my own channel soon--first one ever, too. First half of my Youtube response: Hi, I watched the video "A Great Pre-Workout Carb Source," and while I thought the general delivery reeked of amateurism, I also really thought the two of you complemented each other nicely. For example, in that video Emma chuckled out of the blue, interrupting James who was providing his wheatgerm carb advice, and then described at length (she was kidding, of course) what appeared to be bouts of paranormal possession of her body while on camera. Eventually, James snapped out of the trance Emma had just unwittingly ensnared him, and returned to finish up the original point of the video: fitness and food. Indeed, time did seem to elapse without my knowing it, too, while I watched the ethereal, soulless Emma describe her eerie experience of disembodiment during possession or possessions while in front of the camera. Strange forum for demonic possession, I'd say--so weird, in fact, it made me crack up. (Go to the Second Half of my response.)

Another great video guys. Had another question for you so here goes lol. Looking to drop about 30-35lbs abd then go on a slow bulk once i've dropped the body fat (currently 18-20%) I plan on doing cardio 5 days a week 3 45mins slower pace and two interval sessions a week. Do you reccomend i stick with a split workout or hit a full body workout 3 times a week until i drop the fat? Either way i plan on training heavy and too failure keeping session at 30-45 mins. Obviously nutrition is a big factor and im currently eating strict 6 days a week with one day off as a cheat day. Your advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
