When i came home from the hospitol i left my baby in the bouncer every once in a while. So, it's perfect if you have some things to do and need both hands to be free and if the baby is sound asleep.

My baby was the same size as that when i gave birth to her. But she sprouted up really fast and it was surprising how small she was because i'm over 6'4 so it's kinda cute to see little dolls this small.

And for nap time i would say that you could let her go to bed at 8:30 to 9:00 that could help! And yea i agree don't feed her when she wakes up.. big breakfeasts! With mine that's what i did when she was about her age, she just ate a bit more than usual! :) No need to worry she'll catch up!
