I'm a Registered Nurse with a background of 20 years of marketing and public relations. I hold national certifications in Group Exercise Leadership, Personal Training, Physical Fitness Specialist and Weight and Lifestyle Management.

I have taught dance and a variety of group exercise classes in Texas and Colorado for more than 20 years. I've worked with the Greenhouse Destination Spa and Resort, the Argyle Spa, and Copper Mountain Resort as a personal trainer, group exercise leader and speaker in weight management. My desire is to empower individuals to find within themselves the confidence, commitment and perseverance to take control of their own lives and do everything they can to live a life full of life, happiness and peace!
