About this user

I am the award-winning author of The Food Is A Lie: The Truth Is Within, winner of the 2006 Outstanding Book of the Year Award for Most Life Changing.
After decades of battling with my weight, I released 50 pounds by shedding my old beliefs about weight loss. I donated my diet books to the local library and began looking for answers in the only place that was left: inside of myself. After discovering a wealth of support and guidance from my inner wisdom, I changed my life into one that is balanced and full of joy and love.
In 2001, I founded Blessed Beyond Belief, Inc, an organization dedicated to empowering anyone searching to make peace with their food, weight and body. I currently facilitate retreats, conduct seminars and workshops, and speak to groups across the United States.
I also assist clients through my personal coaching program and have aided numerous people in reaching their natural weight without the use of diets or drugs.
