Yeah, you may be right. Seeing as we live in two different countries, you in one where cops bear arms and me in one where they usually don't, I understand how you'd have a different opinion on them. Seems as you've got the whole system figured out though, and I can't say that your personal experience with police brutality is wrong. At least you've confirmed to me the differences between the police force in your country and the one in mine.
