About Me:

THE SON OF SOUL AND BLUES: Brock Lightning comes from a long line of musicians it was only right he take his place among them. As a son of a drummer, David Carson, Brock began to really focus on his Guitar playing. Brock has walked a long way from his days as the Lead Singer of R&B SOUL group, Perfect Pitch. The original crew was formed with his truly best friends- Sheldon, James, Alex & Oneil. The untimely death of Sheldon made Brock begin to question if he should go on in music without his friend. After a short layoff, Brock decided to return to the music scene and try to live out his dream that he and Sheldon imagined so many years ago. Back to his performing roots, he won numerous awards in local talent shows as a solo vocalist. He also sold out crowds for an off Broadway play with his underground hit, a tribute to the people of New Orleans the BLUES/SOUL CLASSIC, called New Orleans Flood.
