There are at least 600+ NPC's in Hammerfell ATM + All Npc's from Cyrodiil from the Org Gamemap (Oblivion).
That means, you can play both as they are in the the same gamemap. No teleport to another world etc...

Right now there is no option for it - means, i have not completed it. Need to work a bit more before that.The only reason for that is i have been (still am) busy with a (mmo) project. But the plan is to upload the Mod somewhere later.
