My name is Brittany Bloomer, I am 17 years old and am currently still attending school. I am strongly passionate about the rights for animals, and feel that my age restricts me from a lot. I have worked in a small cat pound in Ingleside, which was a wonderful opportunity, especially knowing i was helping homeless cats/kittens. I strongly encourage for all you to partake in a similar activity to this.
Due to legal restrictions, i find it difficult however, to partake on any jobs relating to the care of animals, unless i am close friends or family related. I have created my own online blog to share my opinions on this topic, as well as involving myself in open discussions with the public -- as i believe we can all work together to pursue a change within the society.
