Am confused because Sears Canada has an A+ rating with the BBB currently

One year would seem to be an awful short time to change from and F

Which if it actually had a F in 2010 would be a rather large jump in rating.

Sears Home Services doesn't have a rating with the BBB it shows no complaints.

Sears Holdings with Owns all of the Sears related business' has the A-
