I've been into music for as long as I can remember. I probably started playing guitar seriously from the age of 12 being heavily influenced by the folk-rock bands of the 60's and 70's such as Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, America, the Bee Gees just to name a few as well as artists such as Cat Stevens, the Beatles, the Stones and later on evolving into Pink Floyd. As you can see, it's a broad spectrum of music.
I have always played guitar for enjoyment especially during high school playing coffee houses and dances. In the 80's I strayed away from guitar and was a lead vocalist for a local rock band playing covers such as Led Zeppelin, Floyd etc., but strayed back into just playing guitar and started writing. I wrote my first song in 1982 and have been writing through the years based on different influences in life as well as current events that I just have to have "my say" for a lack of better words.

I did a CD back in 1999 so if anyone's interested let me know. Most of the original songs are on there and of course they are more produced. I call these songs here my "unplugged" versions.
