My name is Darin. I'm 19. I'm all about technology. I've been working with computers since I was about 6 or so, when I first used a computer. I didn't really start programming until I was 11. I started with HTML and built my way up. My main interests are computers, computer programming, video games, Japan, swords, 3D design, D&D, Star Trek, Chess, etc...
I speak a good deal of Japanese. I know 82 Kanji at the moment. I have a problem speaking articulately because since I've only been studying for a couple months now, I can't form sentences too fast. I tried studying Japanese online off and on for a year or two, but there were never any decent learning methods online, so I gave up for a while. Been learning from "My Japanese Coach" lately.
In 2009, I'll be starting college in a programming course. I hope after I get my associates, I can take a break to go to Japan. After that, I'm planning to go back for my bachelors in game development and maybe electrical engineering.
