About Me:
My name is BREEZE and I am 21yrs old currently living in Grantham....I work in an old peoples home as a carer...I enjoy my job but my dream is to become a professional singer...
I have always wanted to sing ever since I was a little girl...I used to drive my mum mad with my singing all the time...I was not very good...I was out of tune and had no sense of timing or rhythm...This was because I was quite deaf....Once I had that problem sorted out, I seemed to get better and better...My mum then realised that I was quite serious about singing so she helped me as best as she could..She gave me the benefit from her years as a singer and taught me all that she knew...From there on in she has been my biggest fan and does everything that she can to help me and to help get my voice heard...
In 2008 I entered my very first competition...It was an online competition on Facebook..It was called Facebook Star...I was amazed at the feedback I recieved and went on to come 2nd in the Final...I was overjoyed at this, as the competition was worldwide and I was up against some awesome singers...A fan club was started on Facebook and before I knew it I had over members from all over the world joining :)
Since then I have been in a few more competitions in my area and have ended up coming 2nd in each of them...I dont mind being second as to me winning is taking part being onstage and making my family and friends proud of me...
I have also auditioned for Britains got Talent and X Factor but unfortunately have had no success...It does not deter me though...In fact it makes me more determined to carry on and better myself and become the best I can be...
I have been booked for private parties and charity functions and have recieved amazing feedback...Hopefully one day someone, that is in the business will notice me too!!!..hehe..I can dream eh...lol...
I am currently in the process of having some songs written specially for me by some very talented songwriters...I cant wait to get them recorded and 'out there'...as at the moment I only do covers of other peoples songs...
