I am not afraid to call myself a nerd. I don't see anything wrong with that.

I'm steadfast in my beliefs. Since I kind of isolate myself from everyone else, I'm never really busy, unless I'm practicing guitar or violin, so I've had a lot of time to reflect on what I believe in.

I am an atheist. I don't care if you are a Christian-almost all of my friends are Christian. But it's what I believe, and if you try to demean me because of that, you've lost my respect.

Atheists, I have a message from you. Just because the Bible is inaccurate in the literal sense doesn't mean we can't still learn from it. Genesis 1:1 on for a bit: God said "Don't eat from that tree" and Adam said, "Which one?" That's human nature! It's like Greek mythology. It's not true, of course, it's not. But it tells stories that we can learn from. The point is, don't automatically dismiss something because you don't believe it.
