You forgot to mention that they are the same resolution so the 350 has a higher PPI. Personally I find the 167 PPI unacceptable compared to the 200 PPI.

The 350 has a higher PPI, so it's pretty obvious that text rendering would surpass the Nook, along with just about any other ereader out there right now. There are only a small handful of ereaders that hit the 200 ppi mark.
