And what I find untrustworthy about these videos is that they show patients before surgery without any makeup; then after surgery, they have like a shit load of makeup on; it's obvious that they'll look MUCH ...

Since the nose is the most defining facial feature; a nose job can make a huge difference to your overall facial appearance. She looked so much prettier afterwards; I'm happy for her^-^
