I never heard of anyone adding Raisins in Tahchin. Ive seen a few recipes that add Zereshk (barberries) as a garnish !!!

@tongvaboy Paris?! Paris is clean and has no smog like Tehran. Dont even mention the the traffic. There are some similarities though,like both the parisians and tehranis have smelly pits, specially in the summer.
