Anyway, I've been in the business of dissecting businesses for about a decade now. What do I mean by "dissecting?" Well, basically, it's kind of like reverse-engineering, except it doesn't base itself on the mechanical. I take a look at the business plan of a competitor, examine all the details I have available without going into industrial espionage, and take it all apart. I separate them into their component parts and see how they work together and why this combination works. Then I figure out what's wrong, what the flaws are and what can be done to fix them.
